BOOKING YOUR AD We publish the positions availables for the next 6 months and bookings are granted on a first come first served basis. For other periods please contact our sales office.
Minimun purchase period is 2 months and may be extend by any number of months at the agreed rate.
The agreed level of updates is once per canlendar month (ie replacement advertisements for one slot).

SUBMITTING YOUR AD Please allow 3 days for submiting materials.
We can use GIF or JPG images combined with text and HTML. For other media (Flash, DHTML, etc...) , please contatc our sales offcie.
Should you need help, we can also produce the ad for you.

Nauti-links Home Page Ad should measure 150x150 pixels including image and test and be no heavier than 11K
Nautilinks Section Adversising should measure 243 height x 30 width pixels including image and test and be no heavier than 10K

PAYMENT
Payment of the advertisement is due in advance of publication. Payment can be done by Credit card, Cheques (allow 15 days for post and funds clearence) or Money Transfer.
Booking can only be confirmed once payment is cleared.

Credit Card: Visa & Master Card.
Fax us our form with card type, card number, expiry date, card holder's name, address and signature. Amount to be charged to the card in Pounds Sterling.

Money Transfer:
Payable to "ABsite Ltd." in Pounds Sterling. With reference to the account No. 00903418, Bank sort-code 20-65-82 and addressed to Barclays Bank,1 Pall Mall East, London SW1Y 5A.

Cheque:
Payable to "ABsite Ltd.", please allow 1-2 weeks for cheque clearance. A £5 cheque clearance surcharge must be added to any non-sterling cheque of less than £500.

AGENCIES Advertising agencies qualify for a 15% commission on our rates.

CANCELLATION The Advertiser may cancel an advertisement before the advertisement has completed its term, but shall not be entitled to a refund for the time not used.
